Requirements: Grade 12 or Standard 10
Certificate. National Diploma in Finance /Logistics will be added
advantage. Minimum of 6/12 months experience in Procurement / Finance
and Computer Literacy. Knowledge of PFMA, SCM Policy and Treasury
Regulations. Good communications skills and be able to work under
Duties: Capture RLS01 /Shopping
card. Request quotation. Hand over the RLSO1 to Finance for releasing.
Communicating with health Hub over creation of purchasing order. Hand
over purchase order to receive clerk. Reconcile BAS/SAP/SRM. Follow-up
of price tolerant with contract managers at GDF and liaise with
Suppliers. To partake in and accept responsibilities for all
departments’ transactions, given duties from time to time. Execute all
work related instructions as requested by the supervisor.
