DUTIES : Registration of patients in the appropriate clinical documents/registers. Filing of patients records. Retrieve/disposal of patients files from Record Department. Ensure that patient’ s statics in accurate and kept up to date. Attend to general enquiries. Be prepared to work shifts, accept delegations within the facility. Sign a Performance
